Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ChiralGod (the “Service”), operated by Beastchemist. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for students preparing for competitive examinations. You must be able to form a binding contract; if you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You sign in using Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for your own preparation.
• One person, one account. Access you purchase is for your personal, non-transferable use.

3. Challenges, packages and qubits

• The Service offers practice challenges (tests) and packages (bundles of challenges). Some are free, some are paid, and some are available to specific batches.
• “Qubits” are in-app credits you can use to unlock certain content. Qubits have no monetary value, are not a payment instrument, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Buying access grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and attempt that content while your account is active. It does not transfer any ownership.

4. Payments and pricing

• Prices are shown at checkout in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Access is delivered digitally and instantly — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, record, redistribute, resell or publicly share any challenge, question or solution;
• share, sell or transfer your account or purchased access to anyone else;
• attempt to bypass access controls, tamper with scoring, or interfere with the Service or other users;
• use automated means to scrape or download content, or use the Service unlawfully.

Some challenges use integrity monitoring during an attempt. Breaching these rules or attempting to cheat may result in a voided attempt and suspension of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — questions, solutions, layout, branding and software — is owned by Beastchemist or its licensors and is protected by law. Your licence to access purchased content does not give you any right to reuse it outside the Service.

7. Availability & disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we do not guarantee any particular examination result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beastchemist is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Some obligations (payment, intellectual property, liability) survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
