Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for purchases on ChiralGod, operated by Beastchemist. Our products are digital — access to online challenges and packages that is delivered instantly on payment.

Cancellations

Because access is granted immediately after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once the content has been unlocked. If you have not yet accessed the purchased challenge or package, you may request a cancellation (see below).

Refunds

• Being digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been opened or attempted.
• If you were charged but did not receive access (a payment succeeded but the challenge or package stayed locked), we will unlock it or issue a full refund.
• If you were charged more than once for the same item, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
• For any other genuine issue, contact us — we review refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund

Email team@beingiitianofficial.com from your registered email within 7 days of the charge, with the payment reference and a short description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours.

How approved refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay. Once processed, banks typically take 5–7 working days to reflect the amount.

Qubits

In-app credits (“qubits”) and any content unlocked using qubits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.
